Furthermore, an additional petition was filed on the same day by Kristan Stumbo in the Circuit Court of Wayne County, styled Petition for Name Change of Minor, Wayne County Civil Action No.: 24-P-13, requesting an Order of the Court so changing the name of her son, Mason Lee Stumbo, to Mason Lee Meddings. Notice is hereby given to Ronnie Lee Stumbo and/or any other persons desiring to object to the granting of said petitions may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manners, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held in this matter on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. before the Honorable Jason Fry, Circuit Court Judge of Wayne County, West Virginia.
