The object of the above entitled action is for SCARLETTE MARIE ROSE SMITH, to legally change her name to SCARLETTE MARIE ROSE MCCORD. Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner, Yvonne McCord, mother of the minor child, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of SCARLETTE MARIE ROSE SMITH to SCARLETTE MARIE ROSE MCCORD.
A hearing shall be held on DECEMBER 10, 2024 AT 11:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge David J. Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, 26003. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
