No.: WV0023159 Applicant: HUNTINGTON, CITY OF 555 SEVENTH AVENUE HUNTINGTON, WV 25701 Location: HUNTINGTON, WAYNE COUNTY Latitude: 38:24:04 Longitude: 82:31:44 Receiving Stream: OHIO RIVER Activity: To acquire, construct, install, operate, and maintain upgrades and improvements to the existing wastewater treatment plant which ultimately discharges through Outlet 001 to the Ohio River at Milepoint 313.2. Tier 1 protection is provided for the uses specified in 47 CSR 2, Section 6. The facility upgrades and modifications shall be constructed in accordance with the project plans entitled “Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements” prepared by Strand Associates and approved on November 6, 2024; WVDEP SRF #C-54478, IJDC #2022S-2245.
