Notice is given that Spirit Energy Services of WV, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a After the Fact Construction Permit, for a storage tank facility located on 192 Industrial Park Road, near Beech Bottom, in Brooke County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.227222 and – 80.651389
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Volatile Organic Compounds: 5.16 TPY, n-Hexane: 0.27 TPY, Benzene: 0.01 TPY, Toluene: 0.02 TPY, Ethylbenzene: <0.01 TPY, and Methanol: <0.01 TPY.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at
