The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JOYCE STEWART, ADRIAN WILLIAMS, and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024. It is ORDERED that ADRIAN WILLIAMS, JOYCE STEWART, and ANYONE C;LAIMING TO BE THE FATHER of J.A.W., appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 4th day of December, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing for the Unknown Father and Disposition Hearing for Joyce Stewart, Adrian Williams, and the Unknown Father, if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and the parental rights of JOYCE STEWART, biological mother of infant J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024, ADRIAN WILLIAMS, putative biological father of J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024, and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024, may be terminated.
