PUBLIC HEARING
September 3, 2015
The City of Lewisburg Planning Commission will meet in a working session on Wednesday, Septem-ber 2, 2015, at 5:30 PM, and in a regular session on Thursday, September 3, 2015, at 7 PM to hear the following issues:
The meeting will be held in the Paul R. Cooley Council Chamber located in the Lewisburg City Hall, 942 West Washington Street, Lewisburg.
1. Call to order
2. Public Hearing: Hill and Holler, Conditional Use Permit, 204 North Jefferson Street, Greenbrier County Deed Book 560, Page 689.
3. Public Hearing: Colin Rose, Conditional Use Permit, 112 East Randolph Street, Greenbrier County Deed Book
4. Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment to City Ordinance 1367.04.
5. Public Hearing: Comprehen-sive Plan, Public Hearing Process.
6. Approval of Minutes: June 4, 2015.
7. Communication from Mem-bers:
*Next meeting October 1, 2015, with a deadline of September 11, 2015.
