PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Nicholas County Commission intends to file an application with the West Virginia Development Office for Community Development Block Grant funds for a water line extension project in the Keener’s Ridge area of Nicholas County. A public meeting on December 10, 2024, at 9:00 in the Birch River PSD office to discuss the application. The grant application will be submitted to the West Virginia Development Office by January 31, 2025. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting or submit written comments to the Birch River PSD located at 158 Powell’s Creek Road, Birch River, WV by the above date.
