PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Town of Cowen, WV intends to file an application with the West Virginia Development Office for Community Development Block Grant funds for a storm water project. A public meeting on December 17, 2024, at 6:00 in the Cowen City Building office to discuss the application. The grant application will be submitted to the West Virginia Development Office by January 31, 2025. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting or submit written comments to the Town of Cowen located at 91 Erbacon Road, Cowen, WV by the above date. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by BYRON KEITH LAWSON and PRISCILLA J. LAWSON to Kerry E. Adkins and J.
