Notice of Application
Notice is given that
McElroy Green Marketing,
LLC has applied to the
West Virginia Department
of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air
Quality (DAQ), for the
relocation of Regulation
13 Permit No. R13-3673
to move the 3W6
Borehole flare system with
methane exhauster engine to the 5W2 Borehole Flare Site near Burton, Wetzel
County, West Virginia.
The proposed site is
located off of the Mason
Dixon Highway (State
Route 7). The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.659137 and
-80.401489.
The relocation does not
change the potential to
remit. The applicant
estimates the potential to
discharge the following
Regulated Air Pollutants:
PM of 8.90 tons per year
(tpy), PM10 of 8.90 tpy,
PM2.5 of 8.90 tpy, VOC of 1.86 tpy, SO2 of 0.22 tpy, NOx of 44.17 tpy, CO of 88.85 tpy, and Total HAPs of 0.0825 tpy.
The facility will begin
operating on or about
January 1, 2025.
Written comments will be
received by the West
Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection,
DAQ, 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for
at least 30 calendar days
from the date of
publication of this notice.
Written comments will
also be received via email
