REQUEST FOR BIDS The Logan City Council is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of private dwellings and commercial structures within the City of Logan. Said structures are being processed by the Logan City Council through the City of Logan DEP Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program funded by the Department of Environmental Protection. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, the 19th day of December 2024, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. (EST) In the offices of the Logan City Council, 219 Dingess Street, Logan, WV 25601. Bids will be accepted at the Fire Department until 2:00 o’clock p.m. (EST) on Monday, the 23rd day of December, 2024, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. If a bid Is awarded, work will begin Immediately and continue until the current Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program is complete. The Logan City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
