The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that BRADLEY SENKBIEL has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of E.J., whose date of birth is March 10, 2018. It is ORDERED that BRADLEY SENKBIEL., appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 13th day of December, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing, if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise BRADLEY SENKBIEL, biological father of infant E.J., whose date of birth is March 10, 2018,, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
