Invitation to Bid 1-Ton 4 Door Truck Mingo County Schools will accept sealed bids for the purchase of a new service truck for the transportation department. Mingo County Schools is requesting two separate bids to be submitted for a service truck equivalent to that of a Ford F350 XL (base) 2024 model year or newer. Minimum required specs below: Bid 1 4 doors 4×4 drive type Automatic transmission Diesel engine Dual axle 6.5 ft service body Dual batter group Bid 2 Same as Bid 1 but for chassis only (no service body) Instructions to bidders: Include lead time for vehicle on bid proposal Include a copy of your business registration certificate from the WV State Tax Department with your bid. Include a copy of your business registration certificate with the WV Secretary of State (if applicable). You must be willing to complete the Mingo County Schools Vendor Registration form if you are the successful bidder. You must accept a district purchase order; pre-payment is not permitted under district and state policy.
