LEGAL NOTICE
The Ohio County Solid Waste Authority will hold a final public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan. The hearing will take place at the city of Wheeling Council Chambers, 1500 Chapline St, Room 103, Wheeling, WV 26003, on the 10th day of January 2025, at 5:00 p.m., during which time public comments will be heard. The plan may be reviewed at the Ohio County Public Library (52 16th St, Wheeling, WV 26003), the Ohio County Commission’s Office (1500 Chapline St, Room 215, Wheeling WV 26003), and the Bel-O-Mar Regional Council (105 Bridge St. Plaza, Wheeling, WV 26003). Written comments will be accepted until January 20, 2024, and may be submitted to Rebecca Friend at [email protected] or 176 Satterfield Dr, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
