REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATION FOR COMMISSIONING AUTHORITY SERVICES HVAC REPLACEMENT AT WIDMYER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Morgan County Schools is seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals or firms to provide Commissioning Authority (CxA) Services for the HVAC Replacement at Widmyer Elementary School located in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. This school was funded by Morgan County School and The School Building Authority of West Virginia. The work shall include all services to be in accordance with the Scope of Commissioning Work. These services must have a West Virginia Registered Engineer on their team. Qualified firms are invited to submit one hard copy of their expressions of interest, including a statement of qualifications, performance exhibits, WV school project CxA experience, and other relevant information no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 30, 2024, at the office of the Morgan County Schools at 247 Harrison Avenue, Berkeley Springs, West Virginia 25411 attention Mr. Jeromy Duelley, Assistant Superintendent. Morgan County Schools shall then enter into fee negotiations with the highest ranked firm. In the event that an agreeable fee cannot be negotiated with the highest ranked firm, negotiations shall cease with this firm, and open negotiations with the second most qualified firm, and continue with other firms as necessary until negotiations are successfully concluded.
