PUBLIC MEETING City of South Charleston will hold a public meeting on December 23, 2024 and December 30, 2024 at 12:00 noon in City Hall Council Chambers, corner Fourth Avenue and D Street, South Charleston WV. The purpose of the meeting will be to comply with the City’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) for public involvement and participation. The Stormwater Management Ordinance and Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Program will be reviewed and discussed.
