Notice is given that Columbia Gas
Transmission, LLC has applied to the West
Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air
Quality, for an application
modification for a Natural Gas Transmission Station located on Shortline Hwy, near Smithfield, in Wetzel County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are:
39.48037 N, -80.53847 W.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to
discharge the following
Regulated Air Pollutants to be:
PM/PM 10/PM2.5 = 0.15 TPY
SO2 2.79 TPY
The applicant estimates the
decreased potential to
discharge the following
Regulated Air Pollutants to be:
VOC 24.36 TPY
CO-83.82 TPY
NOX =-512.09 TPY
HAPS= -8.67 TPY
Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance. Written comments will be
received by the West
Virginia
Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air
Quality, 601 57th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at
least 30 calendar days from the date of
publication of this
notice. Written comments will
also be received via email at DEPAirQuality [email protected].
