NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the City of Huntington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in City Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall, 800 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, at 5:30 P.M. on Monday, January 6, 2025 to consider the following: Issue: A petition to rezone property from R-2 Single-Family Residential District to I-1 Light Industrial/Commercial District. The properties are located near the intersection of Monroe Avenue and 6th Street West and consist of parcels known as 712 and 714 6th St. W. and 603 and 625 Monroe Ave. Petitioner/Property Owner: Quantum Properties LLC, P.O.
