NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned Campbell Woods, PLLC, Substitute Trustee by Notice of Substitution of Trustee which notice is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, and by Deed of Trust dated April 9, 2014, executed by Ghaleb Wadi to Charles W. Peoples, Jr., Trustee, which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2534 at Page 243, the undersigned Substitute Trustee has been requested, in writing, by the beneficiary of said deed of trust to sell the real estate described below, as there has been a default under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust. North 18 30’00” West 118.89 feet to a “Bernsten” survey spike (set), at the northwest comer of the said Lot No. 8, and at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of the said Avenue, with the east right-of-way line of a 16 foot alley; thence, leaving the east right-of-way line of the said alley, and with the south right-of-way line of the said Avenue, North 71 30’00” East 80.00 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 0.220 acre, more or less, as surveyed under the supervision of Jeffrey M. Eastham, West Virginia Registered Professional Surveyor No. 2067, on December 20, 2007, and being all of Parcel “A”, as shown on the aforesaid plat. TERMS OF SALE 1. PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED USE OF FEDERAL BLOCK GRANTS The West Virginia Legislature will hold a public hearing in the House Finance Committee Room 460, Main Unit, Capitol Building in Charleston, West Virginia, on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm for the purpose of obtaining written and oral comments from the public on the allocation and proposed uses of Federal Block Grant Funds for fiscal years 2025 and 2026. All interested citizens, groups, and organizations are encouraged to attend the hearing. Persons attending the hearing shall have the right to provide written and oral comments and suggestions regarding allocation and possible uses of Federal Block Grant Funds for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.
