ORDER OF PUBLICATION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this action is to require the ovmer, occupant or person in charge of the premises located at 205 North Mountain Avenue, Mount Hope, West Virginia, to comply with an order from the Mayor of the City of Mount Hope to take specific measures to correct substandard conditions or appear before the Mayor to show good cause why he/she cannot or ought not comply
with the said order.
It appearing that the whereabouts of Richard or Connie Farnsworth or any person in charge of the premises is presently unknown at this time.
It is further ordered that the said Richard or Connie Farnsworth or any person in charge of the premises to appear before the Mayor on or before February 17, 2025, to show compliance with the order for corrective measures or to show cause why he/she cannot or ought not comply with the order.
It is ordered that these substandard conditions have rendered this premises vacant, unsafe, dangerous, unhealthy, injurious and annoying to the public and has been declared to constitute a nuisance.
These proceedings may result in the dwelling being removed and demolished and the amount of the cost of such removal or demolition be charged to the owner and shall be a lien against the real property.
