Notice of Application
Notice is given that Expand Operating, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II administrative update to the existing NSR (45CSR13) permit, No. 13-3606 for an existing natural gas production facility (FRANZ THOMAN) located in Ohio County, WV.
From Wheeling, take WV-2 (River Rd.) north to Warwood. Turn right onto N. 22nd St., becoming Cherry Hill Rd/Glenn’s Run Rd. Keep right to stay on Cherry Hill Rd. Access road will be on the right 2.7 miles from WV-2.
