ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that Boxley Aggregates of West Virginia, LLC; HC 40, Box 49, Lewisburg, WV 24901 has submitted an application for RENEWAL of Quarry Article 4 Permit Number Q000183 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254. Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 in order to remove sandstone by conducting quarrying operations. The operation is discharging into an unnamed tributary of Glade Fork of Beaver Creek of Piney Creek of the New River of the Kanawha River and is located 3.75 miles, southwest of Glen Morgan in the Shady Spring District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81 f 10′ 19″ and Latitude 37 f 42′ 08″. Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until September 25, 2015, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication. A copy of the application will be available for review in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above AND in the Raleigh County Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
