Upon information and belief, the State of West Virginia was unable to identify the biological father of minor child, V.K. (DOB 12/29/2024), and has identified Crystal Kubichar as the biological mother of minor children, S.K (DOB 01/18/2019), B.P. (DOB 08/03/2021), L.K. (DOB 03/20/2023), and V.K. (DOB 12/29/2024). However, any person purporting to have parental rights to the above-named children is hereby notified that a hearing is scheduled for February 28, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable Perri Jo DeChristopher at the Monongalia County Courthouse, located at 75 High Street 3rd Floor, Morgantown, WV 26505. You may appear at that time and defend any such rights if you choose to do so and that if you choose not to participate in the proceedings, your absence may affect your parental and custodial rights to the child.
