NOTICE
Belomar Regional Council
Source Water Assessment & Protection Plans

The Belomar Regional Council (BRC) is in the process of requesting proposals from qualified consultants/firms interested in completing a Source Water Assessment & Protection Plan for the following Public Water Supply Utilities (PWSU):

1. City of Cameron
2. Town of Pine Grove
3. City of Wheeling

The Bureau of Public Health – SWAP program has provided Round III plan requirements which we are providing to responding firms. The requirements include completing and implementing the local Source Water Protection Plan for the PWSU’s listed above, in accordance with Senate Bill 373.

All firms interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing the following:

1. Qualifications
2. Technical expertise
3. Management and staffing capabilities
4. Related prior experience
5. Length of time anticipated to complete plan

Following a review of qualifications submitted by each responsible firm, a contract will be negotiated with the firm most advantageous for each of the three utilities. The BRC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
