ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS LANDCORE BUILDERS, LLC KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Notice for Bids Landcore Builders, LLC, is requesting bids from Certified Disadvantaged (Small, Minority and Women’s) Business Enterprises (DBE) for the following Project: GA Apron Expansion Phase 1, Package 1 HDR, Inc. Bids from Certified Disadvantaged (Small, Minority and Women’s) Business Enterprises (DBE) will be received by Landcore Builders, LLC, at 1027 Stewart Street, Milton, West Virginia, until close of business on Monday, March 10, 2025. The Project is for: GA Apron Expansion Phase 1: Demolition of existing pavements, excavation, and construction of new apron asphalt pavements plus associated drainage infrastructure and airfield electrical improvements. 1. Base Bid: The demolition or milling of Taxiway B2 pavements, excavation, subgrade preparation, construction of aggregate base, asphalt base and asphalt surface course construction underdrain, drainage pipe installation, expansion of an underground detention system, seeding and mulching, airfield electrical demolition, airfield guidance sign panel replacements, new edge lights, guidance signs and retroreflective markers, encasing an existing FAA communications cable. 2. Add Alternate 1: Removal of existing PCC pavements and replacement with full strength asphalt pavement. 3. Add Alternate 2: Additional apron expansion through the milling of Taxiway B1 pavements and similar work items to the base bid. Plans and specifications are available upon request.
