The permit is located in PLATEAU District of Fayette County, 2.5 miles northwest (Direction) of Pax (Nearest PO) on Unnamed tributaries of/and Town Creek, Ostrich Run and Austin Hollow (Primary Receiving Stream) of and Paint Creek (Secondary Receiving Stream) of
Upper Kanawha River (Major Drainage Basin).
NICHOLAS CONTURA, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 10/15/2022 and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $482,000.00.
