The Bel-O-Mar Regional Council’s Transportation Study (Belomar) is proposing to amend the FY2024 – FY2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Regionally significant and federally funded highway, street, roads, and public transit programs and projects must be included in the Belomar TIP, the Ohio Department of Transportation Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and the West Virginia Department of Transportation’s STIP, in compliance with relevant federal code guided by transportation funding legislation authorized by the United States Congress. To be eligible for federal funding, Belomar must demonstrate reasonable opportunity for public comment on amendments to the TIP. Belomar is currently accepting public comments regarding the amendments to the FY 24-27 Belomar TIP.
The amendments are displayed on the Belomar website at: https://www.belomar.org /tip_revision/
Belomar openly collects continuous public comments on all its products. However, official public comments on the FY 24-27 TIP will be collected and displayed to decisionmakers upon receipt no later than the deadline:
