All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “BIDDER – 9-1-1 VEHICLE”. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities on the proposal process. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days of the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder must be licensed to do business in West Virginia and will enter into a contract agreeable to the Mingo County Commission.
