The facilities are designed to serve a population equivalent of approximately 7 500 persons within the Buffalo Creek Public Service District the Town of Man and environs and to discharge the treated and disinfected wastewater through Outlet No. 001 to the Guyandotte River approximately 94.39 miles from its mouth of the Ohio River.
