LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Rome Township Board of Trustees, until 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time on March 25, 2025 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter at the office of the Rome Township Trustees, 9644 County Road 107, Proctorville, Ohio 45669 for the: Rome Township Paving Improvements of Township Road 221, Township Opinion of Probable Cost: $110,000, Completion Date – 90 days from Notice to Proceed. This project consists of the placement of asphalt pavement on Township Road 221 of Rome Township. The length of road to be paved is 5,480 feet in length and an average of 13 feet wide. This project shall be bid on a unit price basis. Proposals mailed prior to the bid opening date shall be sent to Rome Township Trustees, 506 County Road 411, Proctorville, Ohio 45669 and must be delivered prior to bid opening date and time. Proposals may be hand delivered on the date of bid opening to the office of the Rome Township Trustees, 9644 County Road 107, Proctorville, Ohio 45669. Each bidder is required to furnish as part of its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by deed of trust dated the 4th day of January, 2002, signed by Belinda M. Mullins, unmarried, to Jenny N.
