The object of the above entitles action is for Chade Ladasha Samatha Hull to change his/her name to Shah’day Ladasha Samatha Hull. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the circuit Court of Ohio County, West virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Chade Ladasha Samatha to Chade Ladasha Samatha Hull. A hearing shall be on the 27th of March, 2025 at 1:00PM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse.
