ALBANS MUNICIPAL UTILITY COMMISSION KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA COMPACT EXCAVATOR MARCH 2025 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the St. Albans Municipal Utility Commission, Post Office Box 1270, 1499 MacCorkle Avenue, St. Albans, West Virginia 25177, at the specified dates and times for the following work: COMPACT EXCAVATOR BID, until 2:00 P.M., L.P.T., March 25, 2025. Following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals that have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work to be bid upon is described as follows: Equipment Bid Bids shall be received by the St. Albans Municipal Utility Commission for a Bobcat E55 R2-Series Compact Excavator, or equal. The equipment supplied shall be a new, unused, and current year production model as described in the Specification. Bidders shall submit a base price less any government discounts available. Interested bidders can obtain the equipment specifications from Chapman Technical Group. Specifications may be examined at the following place: Chapman Technical Group 200 Sixth Avenue St. Albans, West Virginia 25177 Any questions about the meaning, or the intent of the specification must be inquired by the Bidder in writing by 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
