REQUEST FOR COMMISSIONING SERVICES ZMM Architects & Engineers on behalf of the Cabell County Board of Education (Owner) requests written proposals from qualified professionals to secure commissioning services for the new Meadows Elementary School. It is the owner’s intent to ensure that the fundamental systems are calibrated and operating as required per specifications. Meadows Elementary School consists of 39,147 square feet on one level. Commissioning services are to ensure that all building systems perform interactively according to the design intent expressed in all drawings & specifications of the construction documents and meet the Owner’s operational needs. Drawings and Specifications can be obtained by calling the Receptionist at ZMM and asking for ShareFile access. ZMM and Cabell County Schools will follow the 5G Process and the WV School Building Authority ‘s guidelines on Commissioning Services. Qualified Professionals are invited to submit expressions of interest including a statement of qualifications no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, on March 28, 2025, at the ZMM Offices, 222 Lee Street West, Charleston, West Virginia, 25302.
