ORDER OF PUBLICATION IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF OHIO COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO: 24-A-25 IN RE THE ADOPTION OF: a female child born to Kelly Jane Fields (nee Phair) on 12/16/2020 in Wheeling, West Virginia. TAKE NOTICE THAT THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS THE ADOPTION OF said minor child by Kenneth Francis Fields IV. It appears by an affidavit filed in this action that Petitioners have used due diligence to ascertain the
whereabouts of PATRICK DUFFY without effect. It is hereby ordered that PATRICK DUFFY, a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, serve upon Heidi A. Kossuth the Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 1025 Main Street, Suite 716, Wheeling, WV 26003, an answer within 30 days after the first publication of this notice. A copy of the adoption petition may be obtained from the Ohio County Circuit Clerk; and PATRICK DUFFY shall appear and defend on May 8, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. before the Honorable David Sims. Judgement by default may be rendered against PATRICK DUFFY and any parental rights he has may be terminated should he fail to answer and appear.
