The object of the above-entitled action is to effect a judicial sale of a certain parcel of real estate containing
2.47 acres situate in Harpers Ferry District, having a physical address of 3607 Chestnut Hill Road, Harpers Ferry, Jefferson County, West Virginia, which is co-owned by the Plaintiff and the Defendants.
TO ROBERT BUTTS, AND HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES, EXECUTORS AND/OR ADMINISTRATORS, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN A 2.47 ACRE PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE SITUATE IN HARPERS FERRY DISTRICT, HAVING A PHYSICAL ADDRESS OF 3607 CHESTNUT HILL ROAD, HARPERS FERRY, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA:
It appearing from allegations contained in the verified Complaint filed in this action that there are persons, other than the Plaintiff, who have an interest in the property which is the subject of this proceeding whose names and whereabouts are all unknown to the Plaintiff; therefore, it is hereby ordered that the above-named Defendants, and their heirs and devisees, etc., do serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney,
D. Frank Hill, III, whose address is 136 E. German Street,
P.O. Box A, Shepherdstown, WV 25443, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense that you may have to the Complaint filed in this action, on or before April 4, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper proceedings, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located at 119 N. George Street, Charles Town, West Virginia.
