LEGAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO DIRECT AWARD CONTRACT WEST VIRGINIA SCHOOL OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE (WVSOM) WVSOM seeks an experienced consulting partner to assess its grants administration for overall administrative effectiveness and risk management. This assessment will cover the entire sponsored award lifecycle, from proposal and budget development to closeout, incorporating regulatory compliance, financial management, and operational execution. The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) is providing notice of its intent to enter into a contract with Huron Consulting Services to assess and improve the current grants administration at WVSOM.
