PUBLIC NOTICE
The city of White Sulphur Springs Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a variance on Thursday, September 17, 2015, at 7:00 PM in council chambers at White Sulphur Springs City Hall. The purpose of this variance will be to hear the request of Gary Lambert, 687 Tuckahoe Road, to allow his garage to be left in the front yard which doesn’t meet permit codes. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
