The purpose of this hearing is to show cause why Permit Number S300796 located near Chesapeake in the District of Chesapeake in Kanawha County issued to Pritchard Mining Company, INC of West Virginia should not be suspended or revoked and associated securities forfeited by Harold Ward, Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.
