You, the Respondent are hereby notified that a Petition for Guardianship of D.B.O date of birth 12/16/2011 and D.B.O., Jr, date of birth 12/17/2014 has been filed in the Family Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia, Civil Action-2025-F1G-2. You are hereby notified that this action may affect your parental rights to the minors. The object of this suit is to obtain guardianship of the minor children under the age of eighteen.
It is hereby Ordered that you, the Respondent, serve upon Kelly Beck, Esq., counsel for the Petitioners and located at 301 W. Burke Suite B, Martinsburg, WV 25401, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defenses you may have within thirty (30) days of the first (1st) publication of this Notice. A copy of said Petition for Guardianship can be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hampshire County at 50 South High Street, Suite 157 Romney, WV 26757.
You, the Respondent, are further notified that a final hearing will be held on this Petition on the 6th day of May 2025 at 11:30 a.m. in the Family Court of Hampshire County, West Virginia at 50 South High St. Romney, West Virginia, before the Honorable Deanna Rock, Family Court Judge for Hampshire County, West Virginia.
