THE OBJECT OF THE ABOVE TITLED ACTION IS TO OBTAIN AN ORDER, FINDING THAT THE COPY OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT IS AN EXACT COPY OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENTARY DISPOSITION OF CHARLES J. (JENIS) ROGERS, DECEASED, AND AN ORDER REQUIRING THAT THE FAYETTE COUNTY COMMISSION ADMIT THE COPY OF SAID LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT TO PROBATE SO THAT AN APPROPRIATE ESTATE ADMINISTRATION CAN BE COMMENCED IN THE ORDINARY FASHION

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the above named respondents are either non-residents of the State of West Virginia or their addresses are unknown, it is hereby ordered that the above named respondents serve upon Philip J. Tissue, petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 303 Jones Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia, 25901, an Answer, or other defense filed in this action on or before 20 days from the date of the last publication of this Order, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A hearing is scheduled on said petition for May 12, 2025 at 3:15 p.m., before the Honorable Thomas H. Ewing, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, at his courtroom, located in the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
