REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS MINGO COUNTY COMMISSION FEMA DISASTER DECLARATION 4861 Public Assistance Administration Services The Mingo County Commission is seeking qualifications from interested companies for the performance of Public Assistance (PA) administration services under FEMA Disaster Declaration #4861. The company chosen to perform these duties will be responsible for working with the commission and its staff to collect, compile and manage data associated with the flooding event that occurred Feb. 15-16, 2025, among other tasks.
