ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS WILLIAMSON SHRIVER ARCHITECTS PROJECT 2024-031 Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, Buckhannon, WV will receive bids for a REBID – Parking Lot Expansion and Security Coiling Door Renovation at Fred W. Eberle Technical Center until 1:30 p.m., local prevailing time on 30 day of April 2025, at the office of the Fred W Eberle Technical Center, Buckhannon, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for the 16 day of April 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, 208 Morton Avenue, Buckhannon, West Virginia 26201. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. BID PROPOSAL #1 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SITEWORK, ASPHALT PAVING, SITE LIGHTING, AND SECURITY COILING DOORS RENOVATIONS The contract documents are available only from the architect’s electronic distribution system. Login credentials will be sent to all prospective contractors and subcontractors after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architects electronic distribution system to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder’s registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder’s Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. Fred W. Eberle Technical Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Fred W. Eberle Technical Center, shall be submitted with each Bid. Each (The) successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. Fred W.
