SOLICITING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST The West Virginia Board of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to provide claim adjusting services to BRIM with regard to matters relating to BRIM’s property insurance program, BRIM’s underground coal mine mine subsidence insurance program, and specifically for investigation of first party property and coal mine subsidence insurance programs. Submissions are due in BRIM’s office in Charleston, WV by 2:00 p.m. on May 9, 2025. Only sealed envelopes, clearly marked as required by the EOI, will be accepted. No changes in submissions will be entertained by BRIM. BRIM retains the right to reject any or all submissions.
