REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified entities capable of providing consulting services related to federal environmental review. Proposals must be received no later than May 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Proposal packets may be obtained at Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority office, 1525 Washington Street West, Charleston, WV 25387 or can be sent electronically by contacting Anthony Long at [email protected] or 304-348-6451 ext. 210 Documents may also be examined at the following locations: Kanawha Valley Builders Association http://www.kvba.com Dodge Construction Network construction.com Contractor’s Association of West Virginia http://www.cawv.org All firm’s attention is called to the Section 3 HUD Act of 1968, as amended by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992, and the requirements for a Section 3 Affirmative Action Plan; and the Standard Federal Equal Employment Contract Specifications set forth in the Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity, Executive Order 11246. The Bidder shall also comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended. The Bidder evidencing understanding and compliance with the above-named requirements shall submit certifications. Charleston-Kanawha Housing reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal process. Withdrawal of proposals prior and subsequent to the established deadline shall be permitted only in accordance with the Authority’s Procurement Policy, Section III. C. 4a & 4b.
