Lazenby Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mingo County West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 443 at page 565 securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $57 368.53 payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Inc. and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Inc.
