Notice is hereby given that on the 11 day of June, 2025 at 10:30 o’clock am on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard Bobby Jo Johnston will apply by Petition to the Family Court of Fayette County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his/her name or the name of his/her child from Paisley Grace Hudson to Paisley Grace Johnston, at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
