It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that
Shannon Marie Fendler-McMullen is a non-resident
of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown
address. It is hereby Ordered that Shannon Marie
Fendler-McMullen serve upon Joshua Ryan Smith,
Petitioner, whose address is 733 N. Main Street, New
Martinsville, WV 26155, an Answer, including any
related counterclaim or defense you may have to the
Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial
Responsibility filed in this action on or before May 23,
2025. If you fail to do so, a judgment may be taken
against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

undersigned Clerk’s office.
