pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).

CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural gas
horizontal well, Massey Unit 1H , located at
approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 526126.342m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4380964.479m, in Fishing Creek Watershed, Pine
Grove 7.5′ Quadrangle, Green District, Wetzel County, WV which
disturbs three acres or
more of surface excluding
pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period. To convert the

application. Regardless

thirty days after the permit
application is received by the Office of Oil and Gas.

comments must reference the county, well number, and operator and be

proposed permit
application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP h
headquarters.
