The selected firm will assist in managing and executing the PA program to ensure compliance with FEMA guidelines and efficient recovery efforts. If submitted by United States Postal Services RFP’s must be mailed to Wayne County Commission P.O. Box 248 Wayne WV 25570. If RFP’s are submitted by postal or other delivery services they must arrive prior to the time stated above. Any RFP’S received after the above stated time will be returned to the bidder unopened.
