Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of June, 2025 at 11:30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Shara Lynn Bieniek will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Shara Lynn Bieniek to Shara Lynn Morris, at which times and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
