REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Town of Fairview, is seeking sealed bids for the services of a professional contractor, licensed, and registered in West Virginia. The contract work shall consist
of demolishing/asbestos removal performing for approximately 5 residential properties in the Town of Fairview. Any interested parties should submit sealed bids, including per-unit pricing, for demolitions. Proposals should be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope “Demolition Proposal” and mailed to the Town of Fairview Clerk’s Office at Town of Fairview, ATTN: Heather Tuttle, P.O. BOX 119, Fairview, WV 26570 or delivered to the Clerk’s Office by 10:00 am May 12th 2025 and marked accordingly sealed bid. All bids will be opened at the Town Hall meeting to be held at 7:00 pm on May 13th, 2025 at the TOWN HALL located at 407 Main Street Fairview, WV 26570 and read aloud at this time. Additional information about qualifications may be requested during the bid review process.
